disable the Cool and Quiet at ur bios / set the power option to "high performance" in ur windows
the default vcore is 1.3..never 1.0/1.1,,but the cool and quiet throttle down ur vcore and ur cpu speed... so that is normal.. 1.3 is the default.. |
