Shared memory doesnt make any difference.. except when needed.. means it will take the memory from ur RAM if needed..

Speed wise, not much difference unless you can differentiate 0.1ghz difference?
Well, that model is one exception, for other model that around 2k or more, other brand offer much better spec...
There's also Inspiron 14@Rm1499, T4400, GMA4500MHD, 2gb ram, 250gb hdd, but you do get original windows 7 basic for that price..
