Looking for a new laptop for studies...

1. my budget is below rm2000
2. any brand(except acer) (with current price details)
3. i know normally below 2k is free dos(no operating system) but any brand laptop is free install operating system(windows xp/vista/7)??
4. whatever Processor
5. not into very graphics...just integrated graphics is enuf for me...
6. free wifi, bluetooth...webcam
7. 250/320GB hard disk
8. optical drive(with burning)
9. free install microsoft office++others necessary software
10. and other free install...
11. 13"-14"

i'm just looking for a home user laptop...which only can surf internet, entertainment stuffs(listen/watching/downloads/social stuffs..etc), assignments...

thanks ya....need it as soon as possible....
o ya....any cheap/rebate resellers shop can get the recommended laptop(around KL, PJ)
