Yes, u can always buy it through online but it will take a while.Most probably will take around 2 weeks or more.

It's best if u can just buy it straight away from a retail shop as you can get it there and then.Saves you the grumbles of waiting heh

i5-430M + HD5470 +15.6 WXGA

Acer 5740G with i5-520M and ATI HD5470 for only RM2999

I guess you're asking which is better for gaming perhaps?If so, then of course the SXPS 16 is better as its GPU is better and has a much more powerful CPU(P8700/i5/i7) although more power hungry

Honestly speaking, can forget about 17 incher for just RM3K budget.I suggest 14" or 15.6" instead.Which would u prefer?

Basically 5470 is a rebranding of 4570 with DX11 support.Not sure whether it has a higher clock speed or not

16:9 is indeed wider than 16:10 but is shorter on the vertical dimension

No it won't be stretched as the game will fit your resolution unless of course it's a very old game which only supports 4:3

But why in the first place choose a different aspect ratio?

Make sure the laptop you're looking at has a 1080p screen resolution.If it's just 720p,then you're only watching a downscaled 720p as the screen can only show 720p and not 1080p

i5+HD5650 is a total overkill for 1080p video playback
