hey guys, you know i have a habit of drinking coffee after my workout and protein powder next. Sometimes I will skip protein powder but never will I think of skipping coffee. I am wondering if its all right or not?
It is an addiction on my part so if it is anything serious I might persuade myself to stop it but for now very unlikely.
