What are the recommended medium-high cost apartments for own stay that cost less than 200k in Damansara/PJ area? I don't need facilities like gym, sauna, swimming pool, tennis court etc. Most importantly the management and security are good.

shang villa or
d'aman crimson/ria or
puncak nusa kelana or
suria damansara or
jasmine tower.

i think that should be something that kinda match what you have in mind.

not really, we can still get good apartments under market value in good location in property auction, but it need patient coz the competition very stiff, need some study about it and monitor regulary auction list in newspaper,court board,internet and bank.

sunway sutera condo is a low density condo which is always neglected by public. it only has 357 units in the condo.

nowadays, if you don't have RM400k min it's almost impossible to own a home with nice neighborhood/location in PJ prime (SS2, SS16, SS17, BU, DJ, DU, DK, DI, DP, MD, DP, SD, TMN SEA) unless;

1- low cost
2- high density apartments
3. other locations away from the above
