Cukai Pintu, Where to pay and How ?

Anyone knows where to pay this cukai pintu ? The situation is I have a flat rented out for long ( which is actually not belonged to me ), then now it is being sold, but I will need to pay this cukai pintu. Since I am not staying at that flat and it is rented out, I don't have the letter of cukai pintu.
So right now, where should I go to pay that ? And how they are going to know which house I am paying ? Just provide them my house address ? as I don't have my letter.
Please help

Without the letter, most likely you'll have to pay it in local authority offices since they have the records.
Or just go there & ask how should you proceed on the matter.

Local Authority Office ? Say it is within DBKL, I will just need to visit DBKL office ? And provide them my house address will do ?

you may wanna bring along about HSD and PT number......can find those info in land title........
My recent experience...i need those info...but my bill is Cukai Tanah.
better still..call them up to find out all

Oh I have been trying to reach DBKL office these two days, but in vain, there is no one picking up the phone !!!! Okie, I got those info of HSD and PT number.
Hmmm So expensive for Condo's Cukai Pintu ?!!

Its normal procedure for gov offices  Btw, you may need to go to HQ in Jln Raja Laut since i doubt those small branches will have those records. That's just my opinion. I don't think there is cukai tanah for strata properties. |

there is, we still pay accessment and quit rent for condo... condo is exp, mine is 800 per year for accessment....  dem exp! but quit rent cheaper la....around 10bucks or something, usually charged by management |
