Any advice here ? Should I continue overclocked ? How about my temperature ? Normal ? Abnormal ?

I don't know about that, it just like default, no move, maintain at 80'C. No up no down.

Idle temp ??? How bout Load temp ???
Idle temp = OK
Load temp = ???
You can crank up more on your OC if the temps remained cool...

Load is around 43'C, I tried to increase the BUS speed from 200 to 250 but PC failed to boots up.

add more vcore inside ur bios.. and u need to adjust a whole lot of other stuffs too..

vtt.. dram settings and ratio..

that athlon is hard to OC...
that brisbane stock @ 3.1ghz right? the highest i can get for prime stable last time was 3.3ghz.. only small increment..dont expect much from that chip.
