industrial Din rail surge protectors going for few hundered bucks.. hehe! maybe should convert them for home use.. tongue.gif

On this topic of lightning surge protectors, instead of buying a power strip type to protect a few items is there a 'whole house' type where you can install at the DB?

yes, manufacturers and dealers can claim anything, but surges due to lightning are still unpredictable at best unless we're speaking of first hand testimonial with these devices here, i don't feel the need for lengthy debates. after all, i started this thread talk about panasonic's after sales service.
