I saw this in Garage Sales, interested in the refurbished PSP

A few questions.
1)I recall there's a big battery(I think its 5000mAh or so), is it worth it to get that PSP battery?
2)Read in review that PSP2000 has slightly better D-Pad. Is there anything to modify it to PSP1000?
3)The screen between 1K and 2K, are they the same?
4)32MB RAM vs 64MB RAM, faster load time for games?
