i just bought a black psp3000 @ RM899 c/w 8gb,plastic and screen proctector. current firmware are 5.03 gen c . i feel this firmware so troublesome.everytimes no battery/i off it completely/take out battery ...i have to activate the chichen and enable a software back only can play games.now i already registered psn.when i want login,it show that i need update my firmware/software?huh?why and what is this ?anyone can guide me ?btw,what is the maximum memory card size that psp can support?

last saturday i just bought sandisk 16gb mspd . it work great and i can store more than 15 games

hi,welcome.sandisk memory stick pro duo is the best.good quality with good transfer files speed.4mb?4gb is it ?scroll on memory card there,press triangle,then choose information..see got magicgate supported or not.if not the memory card it's fake.not secure and low transfer file speed.

i see.there is nth private.i just dunwan other ppl to play my psp when i not at home.if lost/stolen,some old/stupid/dunno anything about psp thief can't do anything if they dun have the password.

i have few questions to ask

1)psp 300x cfw still can't off psp if not need to restore cfw ?
2)what is psp 300x latest cfw ?
3)what is latest cfw for psp 200x ?
4)psp 200x still can play new games,right ?
5)should i take psp 200x or 300x ? i mean can long lasting use until future (future update custom firmware can play new games and others)
