@serpent1990, there is something wrong with the umd door switch. 2 ways to fix it biggrin.gif..either remove the umd power cable or repair it tongue.gif (according to a lyn technician, it might be due to firmware also)
@kirashin, it might be it's due to the buttons are dirty or something. don't think it gets spoil that fast.
@helldagger, depending on ur location..we have few technician at lyn to repair psp ;D... (PS, lcd is the 2nd most exp parts to replace sweat.gif)

@serpent1990, i was told by another technician that it might be firmware issue. need to double check (it's not easy to remove the cables and yes it can be put back on later)
@htpkevin, how you know that the button is working fine? it might be the board has issue =/...

hi bro,

i'm about to ask the same question also like you... anyway my problem might be the same it will stay loading until more than 5min-10min after that message pop-up saying cannot read UMD  doh.gif ... but if i on my psp then open the UMD cover it boot up faster and no message sayin UMD cannot read... aiyoo what had happen... rclxub.gif

another thing is when i played it's suddenly pop-up saying "Are you really sure want to exit the games"... rclxub.gif .. it is like i suddenly hit the home button infact i did not do it... some says it's because of the "strip" what are the meaning of this STRIP..?

Any good shop that you guys can recommend and can be trusted as without they change the ORI part of the PSP except the faulty things?

Thanks in advance guys...
