Added on March 24, 2010, 8:35 pm QUOTE(oyama @ Mar 24 2010, 11:59 AM) if not mistaken all TA-083v1 mobo..in psp2k or psp3k cant use 5.50 gen-d3..it will cause permanent brick even with pandora battery it cant be revived..use maximum up to 5.03 gen-C shud be fine already.. Soory, it's not TA-083v1, it's TA-088v1 . hm i succesfully unbricked my psp using psp grader 008 and pandora battery. correct me if i'm wrong.. Added on March 24, 2010, 8:44 pm QUOTE(doubleu.why.ass @ Mar 24 2010, 12:35 PM) How much does an 8GB MS cost in Malaysia?? Downgrade the game using game decrypter and UMD genIf PSP using TA-083v1 mobo can only use 5.03 gen-c ,how to play newer games with it? This post has been edited by rlarn91: Mar 24 2010, 08:48 PM |

QUOTE(khopl @ Mar 25 2010, 12:37 PM) Hey guys....i bought a psp3000 that comes bundled with one original 'ratchet & clank' UMD game and one movie. Bought in Dec 09 (3 mths ago). Try this step :-I'm no techie but everything works fine. However, there is a list of "actions" to be done (provided by the shop I bought it from)...especially if I ran out of battery while playing. I have to first...remove and place back the battery...turn on psp...look for 'chickhen' (i think its an image file type)....reboot...then go to GEN-C 5.03....it'll auto reboot and voila...all games are ready to go. However, last nite the game I was playing (running fine all these while) suddenly hanged....so I performed the above 'task'...but this time it doesn't work?!?! Tried it a hundred times and it still doesn't work! Can some one please help me? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! 1)Do not put anymore pics or folder in your PICTURE or PHOTO folder 2)Put ChickHENR2 on your PICTURE folder. exit usb mode 3)switch on your psp 4)then go to photo, open chickhen folder 5)-after chickhenA picture appear, immediately press down(don't wait) -after chickhenb appear, press down -after chichenc appear, press down -after chickhenD appear, press down 6)there you go, 7)if it is doesn't work. download thischickhen file 8)After copy, then follow step 1-step 5 back. QUOTE(nwilsong @ Mar 28 2010, 08:17 PM) yes i think is a pandora battery because ex owner turn it to pandora to unbrick the psp buy a new battery or you can open that battery, find the scretch line on the motherboard. then fix the line use mechanical pencil. better buy a new one so that u can use that homemade pandora battery to downgrade your psp anytime can i know wat is the solution to fix this? QUOTE(Lacus @ Mar 28 2010, 11:08 PM) well pandora battery are useually softmod, not hardmod. well it depends on the firmware you are running.5.50gen-d3 allows battery to be switch from different mod. hm is that true?? This post has been edited by rlarn91: Mar 28 2010, 11:18 PM |

QUOTE(RavagerX @ Apr 19 2010, 07:29 PM) Guys I'm new to the PSP.. need some help here. I just bought a modded PSP 3000 with 5.03 GEN-C. I accidentally off my PSP and so need to restart the psp so that i can play the games again. when i restart it and go to the memory stick, it only showed the 5.03 GEN-C and no games. I was told that i could reboot the PSP if i just select the 5.03 GEN-C and could play the games normally again. However, when i select it it just says 'the game data is corrupt' and nothing happens.. press select then VSH menu will appear. chang umd mode to m33 driverBecause i couldnt understand the PSP language at all i decided to check other forums...and some bloke suggested i turn off the psp and hold square+triangle+select+start then turn on the PSP again everything would be normal.. true to his word, when i checked the memory stick all the games appeared but when i try to run the game, it told me "the game could not be started". I just wanna know what is the problem here and help please? * if you don't know what i'm talking about please pm me...any help is greatly appreciated* |
