last time i changed my psp2000 lcd....the price is RM200+....

actually you have two choices, whether from 3.71 M33-4 to 5.00 M33-6, or from 3.71 M33-4 to 5.50 GEN-03,

3.71 M33 -4 and 5.00 M33-6 are the same developer (Dark_AleX), me using it, and i able to play all the latest games, so no need to worry if you want to upgrade to 5.00 M33-6..but before you play the latest games, you need to check it 1st whether the games is supported for 5.00 M33-6, if not, you cannot play the games...because the latest games need to encrypt 1st before can play for cfw 5.00 M33-6...

3.71 M33-4 to 5.50 GEN-03, if you dont want to headache and worried cannot play games and etc2...this is the right choice, all the latest games are supported for this 5.50 GEN-03..

i choose 5.00 M33-6 because i am using plugins for my psp, such as cwcheat, cxmb and etc..and its cannot support for 5.50 GEN-03, that is why im still using it...

i know about that, because of the plugins i using since cfw 5.00 m33 and only compatible with 5.00, so that is why i dont want to change it to 5.50GEN-D3...hehe..

yeah its safe, a lot of tutorial you can find in youtube if you want to upgrade by yourself..

yes thats right, but if i were you, better watch the video on youtube, at the 1st time i upgrade my cfw myself i watch tutorial on youtube....hehe..and its works...

cannot fit, you need to buy sticker for psp1000....unless you want cut here and there to fit to your psp1000..

yeah, people choose 5.50 GEN-D3, mostly want to play online...but if you doesnt bother to play online like me, 5.00 M33-6 its suitable for you...

mine psp2000 also cannot fit with normal socket, last time i went to jusco to buy another ext power socket for my psp charger...

insert your mspd - on your psp - go to settings - systems - format memory stick

then insert all the games, plugins, etc...that you want to play

still depend for the buyer to make a choice, if they want permanent hack, and no need to worried to re-hack again each time the psp is off,

should take the psp2000,

and if they want the new features, such as Improved LCD screen
, new built-in microphone etc...should take the psp3000...

refurbished with price RM1k?..so overpriced..hehhe...but if you go for survey there is some shop still selling new set of psp2000, but if 1k that is overprice...

if you planning to buy 2nd psp2k, i think that save a lot of your budget,

better turn it off your psp, and insert your CR5400, then turn it on again..

that's all, connect your psp to your and then you can see a necessary folders in your mspd....

if you saw "prometheus" on it, it's allow you to play new games that need ofw 6.20 to ofw 6.30 to run, so that means the games no need to be patched,

just put any latest games into your psp, all can run....there are three "prometheus" created by Liquidzigong

5.03 Prometheus-2
5.50 Prometheus-2
5.00 Prometheus-2

so if you still using 5.00 m33-6 just like me, you need games that already patched, patched games means to allow your psp to play a game below from ofw requirement to run..

want to play your game online via psn go for 5.50, if not just stick with 5.00m33...

yes you can install 5.50 Prometheus-2 if you already installed cfw5.50 in your psp.....stable or not, that i really dunno, i google it, all the users that upgrade to Prometheus-2 mostly informed that, they can play any latest games without lag and no problems,

you should update it, the updated one for M33 CFW is 5.00 M33-6, if you stick with 4.01 M33-2 you cannot play any latest games even the games is patched....

its free if you update it by yourself, if go to shop, of course need to pay...

there is an icon in psp can update your firmware, i forgot which one actually coz right now my psp i left at home..hehe..,, sometimes you or you friend who didnt know what they really doing, accidently press the icon,

and then, after the update is done, they just dunno what to do, so before you let your friends to play your psp, please remind them no to do anything except play a games...or just switch off the wifi button...

because it happend in front of me, my friends little brother simply click here and there, then the psp update with OFW...and he said, he thought the psp needs new firmware...aiya!!...

so better not let them explore your psp if they dunno what they are really doing...

change to new lcd screen perhaps?..hehe..
