agreed!!! some times the question they ask is like one or two pages back and they dont bother to look back also. a good example is this thread you try read from page one til this page so many ppl kep asking the same questio only. from thread v5 until now v6 almost every few pages got ppl will ask 'psp3k can play pirated game ah?' they dont bother to do abit research and just throw questions to the thread and expect ppl to just reply all      at least turn a few pages infront before asking also can what and now v6 just start its not even 10 pages also so why cant take a few minutes to just read other ppl's post to see if you are having the same problem. sigh ppl now are taking other ppl for granted already

Thrust> mayb your wifi switch is faulty you can google up to try and fix it althought you can send it for reapair but you might just get con by paying high price. so yea... try google it 1st and see if you are able to fix it. cheers =]

anyway, speed is depending on type of memory card
fake mspd has the lowest speed if i'm not mistaken, and according to Lacus, MicroSD class 2 is as bad as fake mem stick

keep on trying,or u can change the "ayam" to mhuspeedv3,which is for me,more reliable and more chances to load it fast...i'm also using the fake 4gb to load the cfw..as for the games i use the original sony 8gb.

well i don't agree that fake memory stick will affect the success rate of the chickhen. it depends on which picture used (lots of different version). most shops sell psp with fake memory stick and most of the time 1 time success will do :3...

try to reset to default setting using the system setting.

im using L.M.A.O, most probably many of you havent heard it. i use the chickHEN, and mhuspeed before, and L.M.A.O the best, after 1st time succes no more problem after that, even if change theme, tarik the battery out, or what so ever you do, it still work, just press the folder and wait, no need scroll2.

well even for me, photofast always has 100% success rate for me ....i still prefer Photofast over ori mspd ...

hi everybody.

i have a psp1000. i bought it at the end of 2005 and until yesterday, it works fine. the current firmware in my psp is 5.50 GEN3 if not mistaken.

my problem:
- just now i turn on my psp and something is not right. all the writings and icons on the start menu (game, pictures, music etc) start vibrating up and down.
- my psp also take a long time to load when moving from menu-to-menu (using the d-pad)
- games cannot be played due to the very long loading time
- i tried removing the battery (i have no idea, just trying out something) and when i put it back, the vibration is gone but it reappear after about 3 sec

Anybody have experience this before? What should I do?

Putting legal and illegal matters aside.

1. As most PSP users would put it, Is it recommendable to go for CFW or OFW ?
( I do know that CFW is stronger than OFW but warranties gotten from Sony will be useless once you customize it. However I'd like to know what you guys have to say )
2. Is formating your memory stick into FAT16 format legal ? AND is it A MUST ?
3. Supposingly if everything I bought is original, even games as well, can I go online and compete with other players that are from other region  ?
4. I heard from my friend that PSP only allows you surf but you can't go use programmes like MSN during online mode, can someone answer this ?
5. Can I upload games from computers that I DO NOT wish to play online ? Yet can still go online with original games that I've purchased ?

This is a rather noobish question .

How much would a PSP from Sony cost ?
The last I checked, which was just yesterday, it costed RM 899.
But I'd like to hear it from forummers to be extra sure.
