there is a problem with my psp, icon_question.gif
yesterday was juz find, today its not working
not working as in........
the power light is switch on green but the screen shows nothing, it doesn power up at all.....
take out the battery and put back, power green light is on before I switch the side power button on.....

try to juz use the power AC without the battery also same, shows green light before i switch on the button

any ideas? anyone happen b4 rclxub.gif icon_question.gif

i notice my psp happens like this today when i come back from somewhere, notice my PSP power green light is on although it was switch off which i did not touch at all today sweat.gif

now im trying let it finish battery and see how whether the psp still on or not...

well it does, but when switch on, its the same thing, screen does not display, or better say not on at all while green power light is on....
case of brick as in?
i did not do a thing, all i know is few days ago, was playing Peace Walker, finish a mission, then i put it in sleep mode.....
then as for yesterday, i notice the power light is on when it shud be off.... sweat.gif sad.gif

EDITED: i think i know wads teh problem, i think its battery problem.....

Cuz when i take out battery and start up, it can start up, then go sleep mode and switch on again, it works....
but
when put in the battery and put sleep mode or switch off, when try to on it, it shows what i wrote in my previous post sad.gif

how much is a new psp battery?

i dunno how to create a pandora batt
and i dun have an extra battery sweat.gif

do u think buying a new batt will solve teh problem?

all these VSH menu i dun dare touch....
each time i update CFW, i juz follow instructions post in the site, other than that i did not touch any menu in the recovery mode or something
scared i crash my psp shakehead.gif
like i said, i put to sleep mode last few days and did not touch my psp at all
next thing i know it become like this... sweat.gif

No.1 you got it correct, psp starts itself when i put in the batt, but screen did not display anything. Plain Black Screen

No.2 Tested it, works fine, starts up properly without memstick (so from this how? Its not brick?)

Is there a way to recover/ restore corrupt save files?

I dunno why, ytd i update my CFW from 5.50 GEN-B to GEN-D3
after that my save file for Legend of Heroes: Zero No Kiseki cant be loaded..... sweat.gif
