Hey, guys, my psp can't activated, it got stucked at the photo page, then "pluk" sound followed, and the psp shut down.

There were no such thing happened before since i bought it 3 weeks ago.

Can anyone tell me what's wrong with it?

Anyway, it's a 3000 with 5.03 hen.

uhm..my memory card is sony memory stick pro duo magic gate, mark 2, 16 gb.

I bought 3 weeks ago, all the while I played till battery empty, charge, and need to reactivate also no prob.

Only this time, i emptied battery, charged, and now more than 10 times reactivating not working.

I would like to know about any setting i need to take note of? Like those theme and etc...

i did not do anything with it since i bought it.

It already has some pictures in it for me to reactivate it.

I googled whatever I can, still not helping me on activating my psp.
Still pluck sound forever, and couldn't play.

Is it possible for me to delete the 5.03 gen c from my psp, and reinstall the new thing?

What do I need to delete from psp?
And what you guys recommend?
