guys i cant charge my psp using my charger...but using the usb cable connect to my pc i can charge..does dat mean my charger is broken??

guys after yesterday gt water leak into my psp....den today i open...after i open a game...den i click home...den i cant move anything...mean i cant quit the game using home...how??plz help me...if my explaination is not clear den im sorry
