Does the red light on (on the top right corner) when you charge? I'm thinking it's a dead charger

It can't be brand new original as PM has suggested, all red NDSL comes with M logo. So there are 2 possibilities:
1. Fake NDSL 2. Recon NDSL with buttons and casing replaced Either way it's a con case. |
