Did you all notice this issue with P1?
I checked my online self-care for my FUP. It showed that I still had 10GBs. Btw, I registered for the 20GB package. My line was damn bloody hell slow. I called the careline, they told me that I have exceeded my FUP. I was in shocked! The support guy told me that the FUP is refreshed daily.
I could never ever have used 10GB in a day, and during that month, I was not downloading anything much. I was constantly using another line that has no security for downloading.
I suspected there's a technical flaw in their FUP calculation logic. I told the support guy about it, but there was no solution and follow up from them. I think a lot of users are getting premature FUP exceeds.
Why won't P1 acknowledge this issue and fix it? You are already losing loads of customers!!! How can you survive in this broadband race?!?!?!
Haha... I got an experience with P1... Since i subscribed, my connection was not stable. Always PUTUS-PUTUS. When I play DOTA Online(flying spaghetti monster), it always disconnect by itself until I cant stand it anymore & fed up. I called P1 CS, they said my area is out of P1 coverage area. Damn!! But why the P1 reseller told me my area got full coverage. Damn liar!! I waste my money to subscribe unstable internet connection.
After so many time I ask P1 to fix it, but there are no actions, i decided to POTONG. P1 CS told me that just potong & I dont need to pay anything. I thought really no need to pay until I came to P1 Centre at PJ to terminate my account, god damn it the CS said i need to pay. It confuses me... I getting mad that time because that P1 CS said " ITU BUKAN MASALAH SAYA". WTF damn KURANG AJAR. Hello! I am your customer. I pay for your services but u gave me unstable internet connection & rude services.
This is not a DONGENG STORY... but this is my real experience. If any P1 staff out there read this thread, please teach your Customer Service, respect the customers because they pay you and customer always right. Dont be rude to customer but help them to solve the problems.
