 Can anyone repair Altec Lansing VS4121?, Need to repair

Hi all,

I have a Altec Lensing VS4121 speaker, the issue as below:

+ The power is ok, i can see the blue LED light is on
+ When I play any music from my pc, nosound at all
+ But when I plug in the ear phone on the speaker output port, the sound is there and very clear, just the speaker and woofer no sound at all

Anyone can help on this?
What is the cost and location?

try outside electronic repair shop...... i tried and successfully repaired and now rocking...... my mx5021.

I reckon , rather repairing it, better get a new model which suits your rig..

tumpang thread.....
My Vs4121 also have problem:
the right satellite internal wiring joints are loose. so sometime subwoofer doesnt kick it unless positioned the satellite properly.
Can anybody advice how to dismantle the satellite, or recommend a speaker repair shop?
