Installer just came and installed B.yond a few hours ago in my house. After installing took almost 1 hour to activate the smart card. Really impressed with the HD channel quality. Alot of difference, picture quality improved by more then 50%, sound is also much better.

Only thing that i find really funny is the decoder. I find it really ugly and not even a little bit of concept was put to it. Anyway its just a comment. Will upload the decoder picture.

Yeah its 1080i, do u think astro can go to 1080p (full hd) ? I think for broadcasting they cant, this is my personal opinion.

Here is the pictures i took. I have personally confirmed the USB port can use for charging. For people who havent seen the decoder/remote, here is yr chance.

No cannot. Only HD channel now is 431, 573, 575, 831

Did you guys realize the decoder gets quite hot.

why my other channels got problem ? now its like super bloated/zoomed in.
normally now i put it in pillar mode or else I loose some of the screen/details,
isit normal for everyone ?

HD channels seems to be ok .

Really stupid la, they should hv a function in the setting so that we can manually select to update. Since yesterday mine still the pillar box/zoom. Will check once im back home.
Is there anything new in the 1.2s besides the stretch mode?

Well if its just the stretch mode and ecg fix then its not an update, its just fixing wat they screwed up. Before this i didnt hv ecg or pillar box problem.
