I've tried setting the b.yond to output 720p to compare with 1080i, the picture are smoother but a lot softer in 720p, so I change back to 1080i tongue.gif

any one try connect b.yond to AVR.. is it the sd channel been scale up close to HD. just want to know.

If your AVR can upscale HDMI signal...then can...else, most will only pass through...
or...if you connect your b.yond using component....then those AVR with upscale chip will upscale the analog signal

yes why not

my setup includes both HDMI and composite RCA as RCA channels gives better audio

btw, is the soccer match between Arsenal  vs Liverpool in HD??

I mean the composite video..not the audio
I plan to get the RF modulator to convert the composite video + L/R audio into the RF coaxial (that connected to my TV upstairs) so that I can view astro up there.
If the b.yond connected through HDMI to the AVR in living room, can I watch it upstairs via the b.yond's composite out (The yellow RCA) at the same time?
