where oh where is ESPN HD? They can swap supersport HD with ESPN HD anytime, in my opinion!

one more thing, how do you force the update via the channel and power buttons? can comeone please give me a clear instruction, because i have treid pressing them and nothing happens. thanks.

you have to press ok...doesn't mattter if it's locked. the ok button should be on the bottom left.if it's not there, switch off and on your decoder and try again.

go to installation settings, key in your pin (default is 0000), then hd settings then select 1080i and press ok. that's it.

oh no...the new update turned out to be a downgrade instaed....the new zoom option is quite simply put, outrageously ugly...the channel logos are cropped, you can't see the scores on football games, and on all the news channels, eg cnn, bbc, the ticker box at the bottom is completely cut off...subtitles are also cut off almost completely...i was very happy with the stretch option before....astro, if you're reading this...please, please bring back the stretch option and if you like you can include the zoom option for whoever who wants it, but i doubt that anyone wants the zoom option at all.

why does it take so long to re-include the stretch option and release a new firmware for byond users? That option was there previously!!

your decoder should not be in the on mode, it should be in standby mode to get the update.

guys, i don't think the update will be done anytime soon. it will probably be done in the wee hours of the morning, probably around 5-6am...go get some sleep guys...good nite!
