can you show me which paragraph in the "HDMI Specification 1.3a" document stated that particular requirement?

HDMI requirement stated as: "HDMI 1.3 to HDMI 1.3c uses the CEA-861-D video standard"

sounded like either end of HDMI connector is not properly seated
re-insert HDMI sockets softly, if problem persist, call astro

I think this problem is unique to byond box, due to its "dynamic new channel update" capability, hope this bug will be fixed in the next firmware update
