i want to ask , i already call to service hotline to make subscription b.yond by 2 day ago, they say will contact me for t&c. but until today i didnt received any call from them as well.. did anyone success subscription without make t&c ? or i need to call them back ? i cant wait to see the HD football leh.. normally it taken how long to setup the b.yond recently?

Yeah, I just noticed this. Rubbish. Oh well, hardly watch National Geographic. But would be nice if it was fixed.

be patience bro ...me took about 2weeks to get beyond but other forumer so fortunate to get within 3 days ...u can call them n scold sikit ....usually it will take 7-10 workin days to complete the process...

yes, u need to be patient. as for me i just go to the astro branch for applying astro byond. they said it will takes about 2 weeks time to do installation. luckily i got astro called me on the same afternoon conforming the t&c for byond. the next three days the installer called and done all installation. in the late evening i've got byond broadcasted.

When the Astro Byond box starts displaying single digit numbers and won't turn on, does that mean it's updating the firmware? Or has it hung? It's happened a few times to me today, if I reset the power, it goes back to normal.

is it all HBO HD movie come with 5.1 surround?

my astro byond was installed this morning

AWESOME is the word to describe this service

although we are in V3 of this topic, i hope TS can make adjustment to the title as currently our AB (astro byond) software version is 1.0 and TS title of Astro B.yond 3.0 will create some misunderstanding to forumers. pls adment it to Astro B.yond V3 Thread should better reflect the whole meaning

my answer is maybe it was the weekend..thats y no T&C call 4u..
yes..Astro CS does work on weekend but its the Byond department who calls 4 T&C Call..
my advice to u is u should get the T&C call by monday..morning or afternoon, just be alert..
if monday also no call, call astro CS and notify that u have not received the T&C call within the 24 hours..
but dont scold2..sometimes wrong people get bad treatment from customers eventhough not their fault..

Hi Coriandery,

Looks like the box is giving you the same problems as mine which I got it replaced.

You need to call Astro customer service & also email at their site to complain.

Wish you luck.
