Anyone can recommend a surround sound headphone set? Mainly for movies and gaming.

To use at night, when everybody's asleep....

Brand, price and where to get?

Or is the technology still too immature and not worth considering?

Thanks!

Heheh, expensive is right. It's US$199 and that's before VPost price, assuming their webstore accepts Malaysian credit cards.

Try this.

Pioneer SE-DIR800C

Decodes DTS, Dolby Digital and applies PLII if u need it for 2 channel stereo.

Very good for movies, 5.1 setup is more than decent and staging is pretty good. Wireless headphone and battery life is pretty good.

Used for movies and gaming and am pretty happy with it.

Get be bought from Amazon but its not cheap.
