can anyone suggest any completed condo / apartment with good yield that cost less than 150k?

Personal Opinion......... First of all is very hard to find condo for RM150K if got also those quite old and dirty..............
For apartment I think also hard to find...........

JB got la... Prima Regency studios, entry cost 120k-130k, rental yield 1k for fully furnished units... 3 bedroom 190k can fetch 1.5k...

You can try and have a look at OUG heights or maybe top up a bit and go for Sri Putramas.

OUG heights may meet below 150k budget, but you are sure it gives good rental yield?

You can explore Connaught next to college, maybe ard 180k, but it's student aptment kinda investment. Good luck!

Actually cheaper properties tend to give better yields. Can buy a low-medium cost apartment for RM80k-RM100k and rent for RM600 or buy a flat for RM40k-RM50k and rent out for RM300 (both 7.2% yield).

To fully-furnish one studio probably cost about 10k.
Occupation rate - maybe 80%? Studio (without a crazy price tag) can be rented out within 1 month.

u can try old condos at setapak. rent to tar college ppl

vdfoo, try pelangi damansara area. for the low-cost, you can even get below RM100K but i'd advise you to get the mid-cost ones.

do not be mistaken with pelangi damansara 2. location-wise, pelangi 1 is more strategic for renting out. Plus future LRT station will be built walking distance.

last check in iprop there is a studio 500+sf at 115k. not sure about the furnishing though. but that would probably be a very good entry price if the rental can fetch the price you mentioned earlier.

try Heritage Condo at Jln Pahang. but a bit difficult to get rm150k.

this condo got issue with maintenance, but rental is quite ok. can get rm1200 per month.

this one while rental is OK, management is teribble. Personally wont touch any highrise with maintenance problems.

Don't think that's recent. Currently asking price for unfurnished unit is between 120-130k (a bit unreasonable to me).
Rental 1k for f/f is easily achievable. Some nicely furnished with ID units are even demanding 1.2-1.3k.

u can try pearl point condo at old klang road. price between 150k - 190k. built up area from 1100ft2 - 1350ft2

I read in newspaper somewhile back, government going to regulate all these condo maintenance. anyone know about this.

What you guys think about Changkat View Condo, Sri Hartamas ? Is it worth to buy for investment? Hw much is the rental & maintenance fee?
