i saw the unit selling at 230k n freehold...the location is strategy, but the place is very congested for me... it is a serviced apartment, i guess the elec n water rate will be higher than normal condo rate...but the maintenance fee is 0.13 per s.f., quite reasonable... anyone has any idea abt this condo? pls comment it, thanks |

not all service condo electric and water bill charged as per commercial rate. 1petaling sa did warn me to only hear what they say rather than other people say

so the charges are commercial charges too |
