No other alternative as PB has no passbook update machine like Maybank has.

As long as you have ATM card, you can request for the access if I'm not mistaken.

I believe that you no need to queue/take number to do a passbook update.

I did that before without taking number.

But IIRC, I was advised by the customer service personnel that no need to take number. Those personnels sit outisde the cashier counter.
