Hi, I have one unit of faulty Gigabyte 9800GT.

-red dot display on normal screen
-cant start windows and stuck on windows startup
-windows run normally after i remove the graphic card.

can you repair it?

Forgot to mention earlier, odinkiller is a good dealer. Sent him my gt9800 and 21" monitor for a fix and got it back not more than one week. Nice deal i had with you. Looking forward for future deal. =)
