true, like for this week, many teams will want to show off their new kits be it home or away, so both sides will compromise with each other and even wear their new away at home if possible.

another question will be: Is the Brazil 3rd kit readily available?

Most Nike teamshave not revealed their home jersey.

Teams like Chile, Honduras and North Korea are sponsored by not so popular brands, not sure if they are out already.

of course it is supposed to be cheaper, ceteris paribus. But sometimes it is the same as the owner just cut the tags and did nothing to it, never even wash. The tag there is an evidence that is brand new, but the BNWOT, some might just say it even though they wore it before.

and BNIB is further evidence that it is as good a buying a new piece from a brick and mortar shop.
