Its day 26... and the jersey i ordered that was shipped using royal mail is still not here yet. I've given up on waiting and is expecting the worst case scenario. Just want some advice from the jersey bulkers here on their experience on this matter... how long will the investigation from United's shop will take to refund my purchase?... actually now i'm kindda hoping they refund me... 19.99 on a home jersey is a pretty sweet deal.

The seller agreed to refund me for the fake jersey in EBAY. However, before refunding me, he asked me to send back the jersey 1st. Is it better if i get the refund 1st or should i send the jersey back to him and get the refund afterwards?

I would say its not really safe if you just return the jersey directly. Did you open a PayPal dispute? You may sincerely ask the seller that by open a dispute, he needs to agree to refund your money upon receiving the jesey, if not, you have no protection at all if he didn't keep his promise. He can simply claims that he receives nothing although you probably used registered airmail, PayPal wouldn't recognised the tracking info provided by Pos Malaysia website because it shows lack of info, good luck to you  

Depends on how you persuade him. I managed to persuade a seller to refund me first because i convinced him that there's no point collecting a fake jersey for a jersey collector.

if u use express shipping kitbag-----> UPS ----> you (recommended, trackable & safer)

Any of you tried ordering from kitbag these few days? The shipping fee for express delivery is at 60pounds, not sure if it's affected by the ashes?

OMG, i just received the reply from the EBAY seller regarding the refund. I told him that i wanted to open a dispute with EBAY for safety, but somehow, he is not willing to. His reason being that i was wrong cos he agreed to give me a refund once i post the jersey to him and that his thread in EBAY did not mention any authenticity of the jersey. So he said it is not necessary to open a dispute

To be honest, if you open a PayPal dispute by claiming that the shirt is fake, its really really difficult to win the case because you need third party verification letter as a prove, that is the brand owner, and it will be a pain

Try to keep the message exchange between you and him which contains he agrees he is not selling authentic stuff, it might helps you.

eBay strictly condemn and against selling fake, but they might not take proactive action on this issue, they only act when the right owner complain to them.

You have to told him that by open the dispute, both of you have some kind of protection between each other. You as a buyer's will worry whether he will refunds the money after he received the shirt, he as a seller's will worry whether you will send back the shirt after he refunded to you. So the best way is by opening a dispute and let him agree to refund your money after he received the shirt. Isn't that a compromise?
