so they do refund the money right? i not yet contact kitbag, they told me only after 17 working days then contact them if item not recieved. this is actually the 1st time i buy from kitbag,and for the 1st time i didnt recieve my item

You have to put the shirt in your basket (for 35.99GBP that one), then "Checkout", login with your ID, then you'll see the price reduce as the VAT had been taken out (cos we are non Europe country)

i only manage to get GBP30.63 the lowest.



maybe jiunkei get this price when it is offer through email last time..

Another way to see the price without VAT is to login using your id first. Or... at the basket, change the "Select Destination Country" to Malaysia. Then it will show the price without VAT in the basket.

Did you use Royal Mail?

It takes sometimes up to 2-3 weeks. Best is to wait after 17 working days as suggested to contact them and ask about it.

One question, where do you live? At apartment? Normal housing area? If apartment..... you better not use Royal Mail because anyone can steal it from the pigeon hole postbox.

received an email with 20% discount then use that link to MU store.. then select the jersey then in the basket, select Malaysia and u will see the price changed to GBP26.04.. everytime u need the discount, need to click from the email..

i just got one package from hungary 5mins ago.

Added on March 16, 2010, 4:37 pmfirst time i purchase from kitbag using normal postage also ended MIA and they resent using UPS. After that, all my purchase i use UPS.. safer and faster and its quite cheap coz i returned before a package to them and it cost RM190.. but luckily they paid me back the postage without any question asked.

Yup i live at the apartment, they told me they despatched on the 26th feb using royal mail, but until today stil haven't recieve anything yet. Should i go to the pos office and ask them,u guys think it'll work? but i not putting any hope on getting my jersey already

coz the postbox are samll size..that time i order 2 jersey...i thing the package cannot put in the box...damn postman just put in half only...
when i go to check me postbox the my package are open...
the stupid ppl throw my jersey... luck is the guy no take away...

maybe its up to the postman la.......my house is in a housing estate but the postman knows that the parcel is too big for the postbox, they just leave a notification to collect the parcel at the post office.........need to think common sense..........

one more thing, really need kitbag to think back about the declaration paper that they paste on the parcel.....people knows what inside and they tend to take it......kitbag oooo kitbag

oh ya.forgot bout the VAT discounts oso. no wonder can get around 26GBP plus the 20% email link.

You know why I ask you the question on apartment or normal house?

If you guys live in apartment........... NEVER use Royal Mail if buying from kitbag or united direct. Insist on using UPS.

Or change your delivery address to somewhere else which is safe. Example to your office.

Why?

At apartments.. they use pigeon hole type postboxes. People can simply steal the parcels for you that are left there.

If you use UPS.. at least they will leave a paper notice for next day.

If you want to buy something from ebay........ insist on Royal Mail International Signed For.

This is why your parcels are suspected to be missing. My guess robinwcm, someone stole your parcel.
