just now i tried to upload a song in my pc via mass stroage mode, then i created a folder named Songs at the device drive, after that i refresh the music library but it keep showing 0 files added. i nv upload any songs b4 this

wth, problems start to coming, just now cant refresh music library (still unsolved) now wan to backup half way stuck there at 'processing a phone model-specific backup' @ 69%. got pissed, wan to cancel also cannot.

a hrad reset wont do any harm to the phone right? will the v40 firmware still be there? and can i do a hard reset without memory card and sim card? help plz urgent. thnx in advance.
