the server it asks is the local IP address of ure computer using MSN / YM / SKYPE .. eg. 195.168.1.5 (u can check near the clock there)

hey guys.. whenever i download something using the ovi store... when de thing that i download install it says installation failed... any idea y this happens???

I'm having problems updating to the latest Ovi Maps (free navigation edition), download is fine but install fails. Checked the Application Manager but no Nokia Maps or Ovi Maps is listed. Next, tried installing using PC Suite, result in error stating that the installer is in use in the phone. Used Best Taskman to see if can terminate the installer - not successful.

Any ideas?

Although this guide oni for Win XP but I think some of the basic is still applicable here such as setting up DNS etc. icon_rolleyes.gif

where did the data that being downloaded is kept ?
