you sure you changed the product code ?did you check your product code after changing it ?now your version is on v40 ?

since its v40 . I'm not too sure . As i know v40 is unhackable at the moment .Even its hackable -after restart hp ,it will revert back . Maybe in v40 you cant change the product code .Not sure on this though .

From my attempt,i change the product code using v31 .Successful. v40 ?looks like you are the first one to try in v40.

Bro,you will need to wait a long time for another updates.. Either you wait for HelloOX patch to work or you degrade your firmware. However ,I have no idea how to degrade the firmware. This one you need to ask those pro here . Of course you could hack the v40 -but make sure you don't restart your machine -Once its restart -everything will be revert

Step of flashing v40 might be complicated though - (if you ask me ,not suggested)

The risk is that it might be bricked upon failed flashing attempt.
