i had download the 3.1.2 restore pack, then justnow i want restore my iphone by using the restore pack, it say got unknown error 23, then stop in middle, last time i face same problem when want restore to 3.0, but can for 1.1.4, now can not restore pula, how ah?

anybody can help?
