I don't think so.
G series is the middle range of the panny line up and S series is the entry level of Full HD. I think S series will hv the last year G series spec: 2,000,000:1, 6144 step, 600Mhz subfield, 1080 lines moving resolution. Whereas G series this year features: 5,000,000:1, THX (don't know MY version will cut this out?), 1080 lines, WiFi reay, USB terminal for keyboard and WiFi adaptor, Network camera. |

It seem like X and C still is the only two left behind, still only 720p
