how is under-volting with cpugenie compared to rmclock.

uv fid 14.0x 0.9875
using rmclock
stress test prime95 for 30 minute max temp. 66 degrees

acer Ferrari 4000 with AMD Turion 64 ML-32@1.8Ghz
Lowered the voltage at 4.0x FID from 1.4000v to 1.3250v and 9.0x FID to 1.1000v
having serious temperature problem with my laptop when its temperature would reach 90c while playing game which will result in the BIOS shutting down the laptop to avoid further damage from the heat
Now managed to cool it down by 20c and max temp is now 65c

wanna ask is there any guide for k10stat undervolting?..coz i'm using amd..rmclock cant detect my comp..

If it doesn't detect your proc.. the nothing can be done..

Added on August 26, 2010, 4:24 ambtw..i think the prob is the fan not fuctioning..today i heard some loud sound from the fan..which is quite normal..that mean my fan is fuctioning..den temp is no prob..den i change back to high performance..den black screen again..the fan not fuctioning again..til now..==mayb i should send back to claim warranty..
