lugiamcg: Go back to the same shop and show them the problem. Dunno what they can do unless you can complain to the manager. If you bought it with the A550, see if you can get it changed for a SDHC?

shukrie: Nicely framed!
ieR: Congratulations! Go on. BTW it's a Tamron 10-24mm not a 12-24mm in your signature...

hazril: For serious photo editing, get a darker LCD with less cd/m2. The minimum for pro work is an Eizo.
I still use a CRT though - black is black not some gray that won't show up in prints!

Reprocessed using DxO instead: I love the 50mm focal length on full-frame. F3.2 for a bit of crisp.

d3stinyz: What flash are you using? Also, if you set the Manual Power on flash and your camera is not on Manual Exposure, it will override and the flash will change back to TTL.
Also, no comments on my picture? Or does nobody get it?

Ksano: How so?
Why do you think I took the picture that way? Was it just a white brick wall that I decided to take a picture of?

Ksano: Ah, finally! You're almost there.
Question is, is that really what the sign says?

braindead_fr3ak: Congratulations, you got it!
I purposely framed it to cut off the "DILARANG" above the "BUANG SAMPAH DI SINI".
Which represents us - we see what we want to see. We U-turn when we see a no U-turn sign. Some smoke when there is a no-smoking sign.
The pipes and sewage is just what was below the sign - just to show that people did actually follow the sign, and not litter.
I see it as a challenge to shoot with a 50mm at F3.2 because there wasn't any bokeh, any HDR, any fisheye/ultra-wide-angle effect to make people go WOW. It is very easy to make a visually appealing image which has no meaning.
Are we so used to posting pictures that have no meaning? That when a picture might have a meaning, or a message, we don't try to look for the message/meaning in it?
Ksano: Yes, you got it (but not as fast as braindead_fr3ak hehe.)
lugiamcg: No worries, the comment I was looking for, has nothing to do with technical details of the picture. And hey, if you think a 'sifu' is posting with a weird composition - you can always say "eh I think your picture if you do like this would be better."
Then the 'sifu' can justify why he/she broke the rules, and you'd learn too.
