i'm not that good yet la, only 1 or 2 usable out of 10-20 pics.. 

raynox can fit from 52-67mm
my light set up is f58 + half A4 sized foam paper..

Im still trying to learn and get my panning right. Till now, still tak jadi la my panning 
One comment on your framing (ie where you crop your photo). Sharing some info (from books on photography) suggesting that photos such as motor racing, cars, athlit running, animal running etc... use the 1/3 rule to give more dramatic. ie for your motor shots, since the motorcycle is moving from left side of photo to right, move your subject (the motorbike) more to the left of the photo and leave the right side of photo (ie front of motor) more spacing. That will give the impression of the bike moving from left to right.
