hi fellow alpharians. i have a sad news to tell here.
i finally quit sony alpha to join another camp.
the reason being that sony takes too long for an a700 replacement, there's no alpha with hd video recording capabilities & all my business partner is using the brand i've jumped to. other that that, there's no reason i guess to jump ship. yes, i'm venturing on videography too and it's essential to get a cam that is able to use lenses without any adapter.

but that doesn't mean that alpha is not a good cam. I thing they're one of the best and it's true that it should be ranked among the 3 major dslr brands of today. I would definitely recommend sony alpha to any of my friends who wish to join the photography world. I still thing that f58 is the best flash around and no other can beat its awesomeness.

anyways, i won't be leaving u guys as i think sony has the best community and every1 is there to support each other and i dare to say, better than any brands. i will join u guys for any activity but that if of course if u guys still want me.

the origin image in my mind is , the girl met the shadow of moster with bogeh at the back , i can made the girl screaming face + shadow of moster , i also can made girl + bogeh , but i cant made them both together ...perhaps i need more light

how was it as ur walkaround lens?
currently im using 50mmf17 most of the time but the range.. pairing it with 18-135
30mm is nice for portrait also.. a bit wider than 50mm (not sure about the sharpness tho)

I'll be buying the 1680CZ next week (god willing) in KL, and am wondering if getting one of the above prime would be of any benefit to my photography... 
except for the bigger aperture (ie f/1.8 & f/2.8) over the CZ, and also the macro & min focusing distance, Im not sure if they would give me great service over the CZ as walkaround lens

Really Nice!! your potrait photos always very inspiring! I want to venture into potrait photography too!! Today just bought F58..waiting for it to deliver to me next week ... then i got 2 flashes can do better studio shots. Do you have official website to see other of your work?
