Hey guys I'm looking at this house and the detail.. I mean the size of the house is confusing to me. I'm used to seeing feets as in measured in 8' ,18' , 20' but the numbers here are big! 2700... what scales are these in? or what formats are these in?

How do I convert them into feets so that I can figure them out more easily? 

please help!!! Urgent!
