Hi everyone.
just to share somethin recently happen to my AP set vivaz.
It was first shut down when the battery runs out. after fully recharged it, the standby theme that currently in use was broken (software file corrupt?) and the phone keeps auto restarting and blinking..sometimes it hang and wifi wizard also corrupted after few days. I cant use the phone for about 1 week until i returned it for repair last weekend.
ohh yaa...i tried to update the firmware many times but doesnt work..the problem is still there.

I cannot do master reset as well because the phone will restart/hang bcos of the touch operation.  QUOTE(ah_Hui @ May 30 2010, 06:37 PM) u can try hard/soft reset before send it for repair...coz guess yrs is only sw problem? |

similar problem to my phone. problem appeaars about 3 weeks after I bought it..tried updating and resetting but seems Updating the software won't solve the problem. I sent to ax since May and they are now still troubleshooting the problem..
