hey guys, my gf has a vivaz pro, and sometimes she complains that the battery life goes down really fast. she says that sometimes when charged the night before, the next morning can drop down up to half. it happens only at certain times, sometimes the battery life seems normal. could it be the battery problem, or firmware, or maybe some software problem that is using up the battery? she just got the phone not long ago, about 3-4 months.

i think that the data services are turned off always. mind telling how to turn it off anyway? so i can go and check
