Try download mms setting from your operator (Digi, Celcom, Maxis, etc)

depends on which operator you are using, you can visit their website, go to support/download/setting, you get the idea.

Or dial *100# for Maxis, *128# for digi, not sure for celcom.... You can navigate from there. Good luck
