Received my battery with a faulty/broken charger from what i had purchased. No sign of parcel being pressured or charger box being smashed. I think before delivered,already broken. Sent smses with pics right after i had opened the package but no reply...Waiting for your next action..thx

Sorry for disturbing then, i thought business is open as usual on saturday. Thats my fault then. Very2 sorry. No offence pls, as the pos laju has been providing 'professional' service and i dont see the box of the charger crumpled at all.
