Sir i hope you mind your words, and be understanding i'm having cny off during the time your post and if problem that serious why don't give me a call instead of complain over here? and when i sent the battery it's in brand new condition and in seal packaging and i will not sell something not original, or imitation to spoil my reputation. If you doubt with me sent back the battery to me and i issue full refund. And just for your information sometime item might have manufacture defect which is out of my control and if you doubt with my battery call to Sun Global check with them i'm their big dealer since few years ago and i'm their gold dealer since 4 years back.

Can i ask your few question? Is the battery receive in sealed condition with original packaging? And i double check in my pm system i didn't receive any single pm from your side so you sure you do pm me? and if the problem that serious instead of complain over here have you really try to give me a call and solve this problem? no you didn't right? so who's trying to be not understanding and rude?
