Q: Is there any region lock for online MultiPlayer?
A: No, MP is region free.

Q: Different region from R1, R2 etc can play together?
A: YES. No region lock.


Q: How to join MultiPlayer Online game?
A: Select Multiplayer. then select PLAY ONLINE. Select FIND GAME. Choose the type of game match and it will start searching for players.

Q: How to join MultiPlayer Online game with Clan/LYN players?
A: Add MW2 players PSN ID to your friendlist. To join in their multiplayer match online, select PLAY ONLINE and then select INVITE. Scroll thru your friendlists who are playing MW2 and select: Join Session to join their match.

Q: How to place clan tag in MW2?
A: When you're on Multiplayer, go to Callsign and Killstreak option. You'll will see Clan Tag. Place the clan tag name and you're good to go.

Q: NAT Type?

NAT Type 1 (Open): Connected directly to the Internet. [Modem -> PS3]
NAT Type 2 (Moderate): Connected to the Internet via a router.

Q: Any lag?
A: Our internet serveice provider that we use are uncapable of handling any overseas connection. You are lucky to even get 2 bars. Lag can effect your gameplay below i post the symtoms of lag. My opinion is to just leave the game. Its rather you quit game and save your time rather than teleporting around the map.

1. Long loading times. Sometime when loading you get stuck in waiting for other players.
2. Even if you clearly have shot the enemy, the game doesnt response (no extra 'X' crosshair)
3. Enemies will usually have a 1-2 second extra time to shoot you before you 'actually' attack
4. Predator missile can instantly hit the ground just after it is callled.
5. Time travelling. Yes the worst case. This is when you suddenly go back in time to a previous position in the map where you just walk pass. Sometime if your lucky you can also go forward in time to where you want to be and hit a wall.
6. My favorite, the second thoughts grenade. If your tossing a grenade or planting a claymore, your hand will be reluctant to throw it. This means your player is having second thoughts about throwing the grenade. You will be spammed by sounds of grenade pin pulling or claymore hitting the ground.

So if you have any of the problems. YOUR LAGGING. Dont complain cause this is what happens when there is only 1 internet service provider which i dont mention because their name is not worth mentioning. [credit darkplacid]

Tips and Tricks

A) XP Points [credit pakcikkantin]
Getting most XP in an MP game ,even if you have less kills , or more death:
1. Do challenges.
2. Headshot, if cannot, shoot enemies leg, and execute him
3. Stay alive ( You will get the "Longest Life" match bonus)
4. Unlock unknown weapons, like Shotgun. Why ? 10 kills of Weapon challenges, can give you extra 700XP.

B) Most XP Match gameplay[credit busbos]
The match type that give the most(i think) experience (XP Points) is no other than Demolition.

C) Team Deathmatch Killstreak [credit darkplacid]
If you die more then 5 times just cancel that killstreak. Have this instead: Predator Missile -> Harrier Strike ->Chopper Gunner

Predator Missile Aim for double kill to get Harrier then bring the rain on the baddies and hide try to get at least 3 kill with this. Try to get a kill or two urself. Then you will get chopper gunner then here come the fun part. If your playing with a team ask them to spread out in the map and force spawn them to a part of the map that is expose.

D) Perks [credit pakcikkantin]
PERK=KILLSTREAK require 1 less, use Launcher/AT, get multikillss.

Weapon
Primary: Scar (with silencer or RDS/Holo sight)
Secondary: ATS or RPG (Laucher category)

Equipement
Primary: Smetex or Frag granadaaaa
secondary: Stun (work better once it hit the enemy it will slow enemy's movement and aiming ability)

Perk1: Scavange (with or without pro also can)
Perk2: Danger Close (with or without pro also can)
Perk3: Stead Aim or Scrambler (steady aim is mostly for primary. but scrambler is affecting enemy around you)

ATS only got 1 shot and able to lock on aircraft. So scavange will help with the restock of grenade and rocket too.

Just tested out yesterday , the result was quite good.
A well aim shot can get double or triple kill in TDM or domination.

I'm making you guys my knife targets practice ..just like what i did with winter. He got me and i got him..there's gonna be more bloodshed..Muhahahahha.

Given today, i know we're gonna lose to winters team, so i went on killspree hence the knife practice.

Even with me defending or try to lead, there's no point as your team was fraggin us like crazy and keep dominating. We all should know how to play the game well enough since is domination. Also, half way thru the game, our points was lower than your team hence i see no point of defending. So, i proceed to knife you guys hard as much as i can.

As i have said, i don't care even if we lose since you guys keep winning with all power players in your team. Then only pleasure i have is to knife your whole team..and i did that..muahahahahha.

For soulful_94, you can snipe well but watch for my knife. You never know when it hits you...hahahhaha..(just joking) You're darn good player mate and a super sniper. FKAP is really bless to have you in their team.

Hahahha..it was my knife practice session since we were losing to your team. So, knife berserk mode was on..

Bestdo ok ma..I think there's one more chap who is more talkative. His PSN is drmantos or something..this chap talks all the way man thru out the game..totally unbearable..hahahha..best thing is, he speaks mainly in malay and i sometimes don't know what he's saying..

Totally in agreement with you. I usually play with them on CTF and we have plans on how to do it. One best thing is we have our own "speech"..the guys know..hahahha

When one of us capture a flag and return to base, the person must jump and said, "mate, mate, mate mate" which includes all of us saying the same thing before placing the flag and gets the win..LOLZ.

Btw, Rust map was really insanely fun/havoc when we play FFA and Domination. Had load of fun knifing + running with care package for turbo speed...MUAHAHAHHA.

That's why i hate to play with random peeps. They don't work as a team even tho you give a command etc. They just like to rambo.

I'm very glad taht we have friends like winter, bestdo, goax, soulful, minds2, nitin, ryan, darknforce, adam danish, pippolan etc who plays as a team. That's where we shine and out shine many US player etc.

Hahahha..sure is knifing buffet and bullets eating too..

My knifing is still not accurate man..need to sharpen my strokes and aim knife with good speed.

Knife fencing is fun with winter. We both had fun knifing each other yesterday. Plus there's one game we ran around a rubbish bin in Invasion map tryng to knife each other..hahhaha..that was hilarious man.

Hahha..actually i do like free for all where we can spray bullets and knife left, right, center and back..Total mad house.

Setting the sensitivity to high is good (roughly about 7). Turning to left and right is much faster.

Simple guys..let's do FFA in RUST and weapon??? Knife only..
